Party Crawls Waiver Please read carefully. You must agree to the terms below to participate. 1)  There is absolutely no drinking, taking any illicit drugs or smoking on the bus. 2)  Party Crawls will drop you off safely at your last destination.  We do not promote drinking and driving and you should not drive home. 3)  I AGREE TO DRINK RESPONSIBLY.  All Party Crawls staff at all participating venues and drivers have a right to immediately cancel your participation due to excessive intoxication.  You will be dismissed from the event, ushered to a taxi  and sent home at your expense. Your ticket price will not be refunded. 4)  All body parts must stay in the bus at all times. 5)  You agree to be responsible for any damages caused by you and you shall indemnify Party Crawls for any damages caused by you. 6)  Party Crawls are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. 7)  Party Crawls or service providers associated with Party Crawls (bus companies, limo companies, bars etc.) have the right to remove patrons or cancel service due to intolerable or threatening behaviours, over intoxication, voilent action of any kind (property, or persons) without notice on all our functions (private or special event). No refunded will be provided. 8)  Party Crawls will not be responsible for the lateness of any client(s). It is your responsibility to show up on time or contact us at the hotline [416-200-1730] so we can try to accommodate your needs. (Your ticket price will not be refunded.) 9)  I VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISK OF DANGER AND ASSUME ALL LIABILITYFOR PERSONAL INJURY OR OTHER HAZARDS.  I AGREE NOT TO HOLD BANTON ENTERTAINMENT INC. OPERATING AS AS PARTY CRAWLS HARMLESS FOR ANY INJURY OR HARM THAT COULD OCCUR TO ME TO ME REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SAID INJURY OR HARMS CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OR OMISSION OF BANTON ENTERTAINMENT INC. OPERATING AS PARTY CRAWLS.  I AGREE TO INDEMNIFY BANTON ENTERTAINMENT INC. FOR ANY DAMAGE OR LIABILITY THAT MAY OCCUR AS A RESULT OF MY CONDUCT.
